At Drift Concierge we take looking after your home as seriously as you do! The only difference is that our local agents can check on your beloved home and make sure the property is in safe and habitable condition, on a regular basis.
When you hire Drift, you have the satisfaction of knowing that we will meet each of your renters at check-in and make sure their identity and number of guests matches the agreement. We will be on-site to give tours of the home and hand over keys, so the guests know the ins and outs of the property and won’t have any surprises. We will run through the amenities of the property, general conduct rules and regulations, and will make sure to document any damages at check-out. Should repairs need to be made, we will facilitate third party vendors to access your property to make changes. No need to worry about the local language or time differences.
Once the guests check out, we will personally pick up the keys to the property, do the final inspection and make sure everything to cleaned for the next rental guests. No keys will be left on the property and we will make sure everything is locked up and secure, all for one flat fee.

Property Management Services for Rental Accommodation
We provide a full property management solution. If you rent out your property we can handle everything from our side without you being present. We can provide a full concierge service to your guests. If required we can greet your guests at your property before they check in, inform them of the available facilities and how to use them, provide access and meet any requirements they have during their stay.
After every stay by guests, we have all accommodation we managed professionally cleaned by our team of staff, we inspect the property for any maintenance needs and make preparations for future guests you might have. All laundry is handled by us as well as replacement of toiletries and perishable items.
We handle both interior and exterior maintenance, if damage occurs we can organize and facilitate repairs to take place, we provide technical support to handle issues such as Internet\WiFi, TV issues, Gardeners to maintain any garden or foliage on your property.
